The MCP Comment-a-thon Contest

My blog is lonely. It needs some LOVE. I get emails all the time with how much people are loving the tips and tutorials, the photo makeovers and more. But the comment sections are sparse. So in order to get things moving more, I am having a Contest. It is sponsored by OnOne Software.

The Prize: Genuine Fractals 5 Standard Editon, the industry standard for resizing images. This product offers award-winning patented image resizing algorithm that Genuine Fractals is famous for and will provide you with the best results possible when resizing a digital image in Photoshop. If you print to an ink jet printer and work in sRGB, Adobe RGB or the Pro Photo color workspaces, the Standard Edition of Genuine Fractals 5 is for you. If you are the winner, you will download the software from the site and OnOne will provide you a serial number to register the product.

Enlarge Images up to 1,000% or more

Maintains layered .PSD files

No need to convert to .STN format

The Contest Details: Comment to posts on MCP Actions Blog. The more you comment, the better your chances. Each comment equals 1 entry. Winners name will be drawn at random on May 9th. All comments made from April 1st, 2008-May 8th, 2008 will count in this contest. So if you watched a video or enjoyed a past post, comment on those too.

Genuine Fractals 5 is compatible with PC and Mac – see their site for specifics. It works with Photoshop CS2 and CS3, and Elements 4 and higher.

The other great news: Everyone is a winner in that OnOne has made a code for all of my blog readers – 10% off any of their great product(s). Just enter “MCPACTN” at checkout for the discount.

I visit daily, but just lack the time to comment… I’d love to have this program, it would make resizing for orders so much easier!

I love your tutorials and share them with others almost as soon as I finish them. Sorry I don’t comment too often, though (I know I’ve commented in the past, and was surprised to see that I was the first on a couple – and I get these posts “late”).

I’ll try to be more diligent in my commenting. Well, and it’d benefit me as well, wouldn’t it?!! 😉

Glad everyone is liking the blog and learning a lot. I do feel like a dentist pulling teeth – LOL – but bribes work with my kids – and I see they can work with adults too 🙂

How can your blog be lonely with all the GREAT things you post? I come here every day to see what you have to teach us today. You are a great teacher to us that are new to photograpy/photoshop. I have learned a TON since I found your site. I love your actions that you have to offer us also. Keep up the GREAT WORK.

Deborah, I wish I had more for Elements too. I am glad you are learning a lot from the tutorials. By the way, many of OnOne’s products work for elements so check the specs. They also have a product specific to elements that may be worth looking into.

  18. May 1, 2008 at 9:29 am —

I love all your actions Jodi. I only wish you had more for Elements. Anyhow I love to read your blog and all of your wonderful tips. I hope this comment helps your blog feel a little less lonely.
