MCP Buttons & Text Links for Your Blogs – “Surprise” CONTEST!

I have a WIN – WIN for you today.

I would love to help some of you increase your Search Engine Optimization and at the same time spread the word about the MCP Blog and Site.

I have created text links and blog banners that you can use on your blogs if you wish to spread the word about MCP.

And what is the “contest” part?

Some time in the next few weeks, as soon as my surprise is ready, 3 lucky winners will be picked at random. To qualify, you just need to have a text link on your blog (in a side bar or links area) and add a comment to this post with a link.

*** What will you win if you are picked? ***

SURPRISE – I cannot tell! Here are a few clues.

You will need CS, CS2, CS3 or CS4.

You will be amongst the VERY 1st to get this.

And it will be over a $65 value.

And it is AMAZING!!!!

Did I mention that it has been a few months since I had any new action sets? Hint. Hint.

So here are the tools you need to add a banner to your side bar blog roll or links page to enter:

You can add a text link by cutting and pasting this html:

MCP Actions Blog | Photoshop Resources for Photographers

For a more fun and colorful look, pick a banner link that fits your blog. Save it to your computer and upload it to your blog or site. Then link the banner to http://mcpactions.com OR http://mcpactions.com/blog.

This banner below is great for blog posts because of its size. It is 400x127px.

This one is called a blinky and often is a great size for scrapping sites. It is 150x50px:

blinky-150x50

And if you prefer a banner that does not rotate here is a 390x83pixel banner.

Many people are loving square buttons now. Here is a square button – just pick which size you prefer. If you pick a size that is too big for the area on your blog or site, it will not flash with the animation.

200x200px square:

I just found this blog, and what good timing!! I did put a text link on my sidebar, but my blog is private so I’m not sure if that is ok. Hopefully I still qualify for the contest! I’m new to photography and photoshop so I was so excited to find this website!

I’ve had a link on my blog back to this one for several months now. Glad to link to it as you provide a great resource for practical Photoshop tid-bits (and great Actions as well).

Just added the link to my drop-down blogroll (should also appear in the blogroll at the bottom of every page in the footer as well). Are the pics at flickr a sneak peek of the surprise?
