Project MCP: Highlights from December, Challenge #2

The holidays are based on tradition. One of my favorite holiday traditions growing up was counting down the days until Christmas on our homemade felted advent calendar. I have kept that tradition with my own growing family and added several others, including; opening Christmas jammies  on Christmas Eve, making cookies for Santa and this guy; he is one of our favorite family traditions. “Scout”, our loyal Elf on the Shelf, spends the holiday season spying on my children (and having some mischievous fun).

The Project MCP Team felt very nostalgic looking through the Flickr gallery to pick their favorites this week! Thanks to everyone who shared their holiday traditions with the group.

The year, and Project MCP, are winding down for 2012, but there are still a couple weeks left, so keep shooting. December, Challenge #3 is to capture a photo of the “Christmas/Holiday spirit”. We cannot wait to see your shots!
