Kenro has introduced a new rugged camcorder in the body of the Braun Vidi Proof, a device capable of capturing full HD videos underwater.

Most people would not want to take a camera underwater even if they are very rugged, while others are still afraid that the device would somehow fail and their money would be completely wasted.

Nevertheless, if you truly want to capture movies while swimming, then you will have no other choice than to buy a camera that can perform this daunting task. Furthermore, you might want to buy one for the kids or to record the moments of fun while playing with your children.

In these cases, you will not want to break the bank so something cheap will do just fine. If this is the case, then the Braun Vidi Proof camcorder is the perfect choice for you.

The retailer has revealed that the new camcorder captures full HD videos at 30 frames per second. It can corder for up to an hour using a 5-megapixel CMOS image sensor, which also shoots stills of up to 8 megapixels thanks to a technique called hardware interpolation.
