Holiday Pictures From Around the Globe: Photographer Inspiration

No matter what your religion, as a photographer it is easy to get swept up in the beauty of Christmas.  From the colorful, bold bokeh of blurred lights to the richness of ornaments hanging carefully from the trees, if cameras could speak, they’d scream out “photograph me.”

Whether your are photographing Christmas and Santa Mini Sessions, Christmas lights outdoors or your family opening gifts, eye candy is everywhere. We asked photographers on the MCP Facebook Group to share some recent favorite images of ornaments and holiday pictures (without people or pets).   Here’s a sampling.  Make sure to PIN some of your favorites. We hope these images inspire you and that you’ll share your holiday pictures with us – add them to the comment section for this post.

Awesome, collection for this Christmas. I really liked Veronica Smith’s Photography, a hanged bally made it just perfect for her.

Not my most professional image! But a very sentimental one for me. I’m 8 months pregnant with my first biological child, a baby boy. After six years of infertility, we’re finally expecting Baby Kael Wallace Jasman on March 12, 2014. This was a random photo and taken by my “first son,” using my cell phone, a Nokia Lumia. I use the term “my first son,” BC I’m so blessed to have a stepson by my husband, whom I consider my “real” son and he calls me his real Mom. I’m one lucky wife, Mom and woman!! I also have a huge passion as a photographer, but this amateur photo is one of my favorites.
