Back Story: Nancy added this to the MCP Facebook Group first and wrote: “After years of bribing her to let me shoot her.. nothing worked till she saw Jodi Friedman’s photo shoot with her own daughter… My daughter finally agreed to let me take her pictures! Yippie…”

Camera and Lens Used: D7000 Nikon, 50mm 1.8g

ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed: ISO 200, f/3.5, SS 1/125

Software Used: Photoshop

Actions Used: Inspire Photoshop Actions

The before image: Nice image but very green.  Let’s make it feel like Autumn.

Now for Nancy’s quick editing steps: Using Inspire Photoshop actions set.

• Started by running the Brilliant Base action
• Then used the Epic action which added some toning
• Custom Ball of Sunshine (used on the background only)
• Sweet Brown adjustment for skin tone
• Classic Vignette action added
• Ran a Levels Adjustment layer manually to bright / darken the photo in different areas
• cropped slightly
