Photographers Ania Waluda and Michal Zawer have created fun scenarios for their newborn daughter and have captured her amazing abilities on camera.

As a photographer and a parent, you have an advantage over all other parents who capture photos of their children. Your experience allows you to take better as well as more creative photos. Ania Waluda and Michal Zawer are both photographers, so when their daughter Emilia was born, they have decided to come up with creative scenes that make the toddler look like she is floating.

A lot of parent-photographers have relied on Adobe Photoshop to make it look like their children are floating, but Ania and Michal have opted for a different solution that does not involve post-processing. Without the use of Photoshop, the process has been a lot more fun, while the results are even more praiseworthy than usual.

Parent-photographers capture surreal photos of newborn Emilia

Surreal photos always make the viewers curious and force them to question reality. It puts your mind to the test and that is always a good thing. However, when an artist wants to create captivating shots without the use of Photoshop, then he must get creative.

Furthermore, when you are the parent of a one-month-old daughter, who will also be your model, then you must concentrate on keeping her safe. Emilia has been safe the entire time and her parents have been able to capture merrymaking shots, too.

As you can see, Ania Waluda and Michal Zawer have put their experience to the test and they have captured exactly what they wanted: surreal photos of newborn Emilia.

No to Photoshop, yes to regular props and imagination

The props for the photoshoot, which led to the surreal photos of newborn Emilia, are not expensive or hard to get. In fact, you can find them in every house, as among the variety of props used by the duo there are a mattress, whose edge looks like a baseboard, and a bed sheet, that looks like the texture of a wall.

In order to make it look like Emilia is floating, the father was standing with his feet up the wall and his back on the floor, while his daughter was placed just a few inches away from Michal.

These playful photos of Emilia and her father can be found at the official website of Ania Waluda and Michal Zawer, where you can also find more information about the artists.
