HIPA 2013

The winners of the annual Hamdan International Photography Award have been revealed during a ceremony taking place at the Dubai International Finance Centre in Dubai. Photographer Fuyang Zhou has been selected as the overall grand prize winner of the HIPA 2013 contest, which brings a cash prize of $120,000 into his bank account.
