After being rumored in recent times, the Canon 1300D is now official. The new DSLR replaces the EOS 1200D / Rebel T5 with few improvements. The list includes must-have features in today’s world, such as WiFi, as well a surprising one: a Food Mode. Users will find this option on the mode dial when the camera becomes available this April.
Fujifilm delays XF 120mm f/2.8 R macro lens until Q4 2016

Camera and lens shipments dropped again in 2015
Good news are not coming out of the digital imaging world. The Camera & Imaging Products Association (CIPA) has released another report which shows that both camera and lens shipments have decreased in 2015. While DSLRs and lenses dropped only a few points, compact cameras have taken a huge hit in sales.
