happy-thanksgiving Happy Thanksgiving * What are you thankful for? Photo Sharing & Inspiration

I have never been as into Thanksgiving as I am this year.  What changed?  My twins’ 1st grade class did a ton of projects around the Thanksgiving theme.  They were so excited to learn what it was like when the Pilgrims came over and what it was like to be a Native American as well.  Their school did a performance for all the parents and then had a feast.  It was so fun.

So for all of you who read my blog, whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving in the US today, or if you live in another country, I would love for you to take a moment to comment in the “comment box” on what you are thankful for.  If nothing else, it is helpful to reflect.  I would hope enough people post that it can be inspiring too.

I will go first.  I am thankful for my family, immediate and extended.  I am thankful that my father in law’s health has improved.  I am thankful that I have a career doing something I love (photoshop) and that I can do this and still be around to help my kids with homework and watch them at dance and gymnastics, and even volunteer at their school.  I am thankful that my kids and husband are healthy and happy.  I am thankful for all of this and so much more.  Thanks to all of you for your support this past year.

Dear Jody: I will be praying for your sister. I know these are difficult times for you and your family, but God can work miracles even in times like this. You have been a blessing to many of us, I have learned so many things from you, and one of them is that to be successful in life your family has to be your priority. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wonderful Family:) Janeth

I am thankful for my three children and my wonderful husband. I am thankful for finally figuring out what I want to be when I grow up and for all the support of everyone around me as I venture into my new business. Michelle

I am thankful that I have a family to spend the holiday with. I am thankful for all four of my beautiful children, my husband, the roof over my head and the food on my table. I know that in many parts of the world my life would look extravagant. I know that I have many blessings and I hope that I can share the blessings with those less fortunate.

I am thankful for so many things, it’s hard to list them. Most of all my husband and family. I am also thankful for the wonderful friendships I have.

Howdy!! .!! Happy Thanksgiving! 🙂 🙂 Thanksgiving is 1 of my favorite holidays, and every year I like to get into the mood-extend the holiday, since it were-by reading “Thanksgiving novels.” Not surprisingly, all these stories are mostly about family, about coming together to heal old hurts and giving them thanks for the gift of love. . . . **Have You Been Much better Off These days Than You Had been 2 Yrs Ago?
