An IPad2 would keep my husband and I from fighting over our computer when I want to edit 200 pics while he’s wanting to be online. He could browse the web on the Ipad while I edited!

I love the idea of seeing if certain shots are focused & sharp as I think they are, I also think it would be a great device to showcase my portfolio to my clients.

  6. Tracy Kyle on June 13, 2011 at 8:58 am

Winning an IPad 2 would help me tremendously by allowing me to give clients a way to pay, sign contracts, view proofs, the options are endless!!

The ipad 2 would totally change my life! Honestly. I just had a recent technology crisis. My MacBook Pro got the death screen and I cant afford to fix it right now or progress with my personal photography business without a computer. I would love to be able to import my backed up photos and use the ipad to showcase my work. I would be thilled to win the ipad!

  8. Liz Marcum on June 13, 2011 at 9:08 am

I just started my photography business late last year and this iPad2 would help tremendously! I think I would most like to be able to tether it to my camera during shoots to check the shots as I take them.

  9. Angela Carter on June 13, 2011 at 9:38 am

The iPad2 would be a tremendous help to my business. I’m still in the start up phase and would love the opportunity to add this tool to my business. It has been on my equipment wishlist for quite some time, what an awesome way to acquire one, win it! Thanks Jodi for your great giveaways!

  10. Jennifer on June 13, 2011 at 9:41 am

An Ipad would be an amazing tool for my photography business because I could carry my portfolio around with me. You always come across a potential customer at the coffee shop etc, so I think it would be an amazing asset to use the ipad like a portfolio and electronic business card.

  11. BrieAnn on June 13, 2011 at 9:42 am

HOw an Ipad would change my photography business, well as I’m a pretty new photographer, it would help me grow. It would be wonderful to have a slideshow right with me, and to be able to show clients some of the pictures before I left them/the shoot.

It will help me to show my clients to help them to pick the capture I made for them and it will be easy access just to touch and let them pick what they wanted to have them print or on DVDS. I don’t make much of money and it’s really hard to get one. I am dealing with tough in my life still. My ipad got stolen couple months ago and police can’t do anything. Also I would like to keep in touch with my family using webcam since I don’t see them in like almost 3 years. This would help my business to run smoother and improved my work. Please give me a chance to have my business improve and bring my clients smile.

  16. Michelle Hires on June 13, 2011 at 9:48 am

Having an iPad would allow me to be more mobile when showing a client their galleries. I find lugging a laptop around to be a bit bulky and I think the look of an iPad is just very professionl.

  17. Michelle Hires on June 13, 2011 at 9:51 am

I’m an MCP fan and now a Designs by Amie fan on Facebook. Left her some love!

  18. Katrina Flaws on June 13, 2011 at 9:52 am

Having an iPad would help me tremendously with my photography business. For the longest time since I started photography (10 years ago) I wanted to get a laptop, but since the iPad came out and can help me accomplish what I need with previewing images immediately at t-ball photo-shoots with parents, to making sure I hit the tack sharp image before leaving the scene. This would be a great benefit for me to enhance my business and client interactions. Not to mention my kids are homeschooled and would LOVE for mom to have one for educational games “on the fly” while traveling to our next destination.

Having an IPAD2 would definitely help me showcase to clients on the go about my portfolio, my skills, and different ideas available for photography. It also helps my friends and family without internet connection see what I have been doing and the kinds of skills I have learned. Thanks for much for this giveaway!

  27. Thresa Ruggles on June 13, 2011 at 10:19 am

An IPad would let me review pictures quickly to edit out the “discards” and save myself time in transferring to lightroom. It would give my clients that instant gratification they seek and would also help with the business end of things.

  34. Mandy on June 13, 2011 at 10:50 am

I’m not a pro but photography is a hobby. The iPad2 would make my life easier in lots of ways but mostly I’d just like to reclaim my iPhone from my hubby who is constantly swiping it to surf the web in the evenings on the couch. 🙂

  35. Amber on June 13, 2011 at 11:21 am

An iPad would be awesome for my business! To be able to take it on a shoot and have all the paperwork I need and the ability to have them sign on the actual iPad would be great! Also, would be great to have picture ideas on it as well as my own pictures on it to show clients!! Would love to win this! Thanks for the chance! 🙂 🙂 🙂

  36. Dana Thompson on June 13, 2011 at 11:28 am

Winning an iPad 2 would be such an easy way to show different media formats for purchase. I could set up a slideshow on the iPad for client proofing. Not to mention the killer apps!!

  43. Corrie Iavarone on June 13, 2011 at 8:40 am

It would be a game changer! I would be able to set up in home viewings for each shoot to go through pictures with my clients! And when I do pet shoots I would be able to share all the images on pick up (right now they just order full length or close up) and allow them to order on the spot!! The possibilities are endless!

  44. Jodi Sware on June 13, 2011 at 12:40 pm

Oh, i’ve been coveting an Ipad for quite some time now, but something else always seems to come first. I would love the portability of it, to quickly show images or to look something up on the internet when i’m out working or travelling! Please pick me!

  45. Ann Daniel on June 13, 2011 at 8:42 am

How would I use an iPad 2? Well, all of the time for everything! At home with my kids, to read books, to update my blog and of course, to have some fun with. I’m an amateur photographer and don’t take photos as well as professionals so I would be lying if I could say it would help with a photography business. I’m a Marriage and Family therapist who works mostly with kids and they often create things in session (intricate sand trays that they put a lot of effort into) and I’ve always wanted an iPad so I can upload photos of their creations to so when I go to supevision with my supervisor, we can have a crystal clear and large shot of their creations to discuss.

  46. Jennifer Welch on June 13, 2011 at 8:42 am

We live three states away from our family in FL, so having this iPad2 would make it so much easier to share my images with the grandparents! Plus, I’ve heard it makes for great in-home proofing with clients!

  47. Melissa Ann on June 13, 2011 at 12:42 pm

My business has no computer… I share my video gaming husband’s computer which is a desktop. He plays it during the evenings. I chase toddler twins during the day (who mostly want to be outside!) and am stuck editing all my work during naptimes when I should be doing something else. An Ipad2 would let me edit and do business work during sometime other than naptime and even in the backyard. It’d be a great surprise 🙂

  48. Cinda B on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

Wow an IPad2 would let me take my pictures ANYWHERE at anytime. This would be a dream. I could enjoy my family without locking me into the computer room. 🙂

  49. Joe Candrilli on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

An iPad would encourage me to share my images with others rather than hide them on my hard drive.

  50. Nicole Garcia on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

I love would an ipad! I dont have business but i’m always taking pictures and i would love to have something to bring with me to my miother-in-laws house. They don’t have a computer, so it’s hard to show them pictures of their granddaughter. This would make it sooo much easier!

  51. Olga Ford on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

An ipad 2 would be an excellent way to further my children’s exploration in digital art. They love the doodle buddy and face in hole apps already and would be able to do so much more on the ipad’s large screen. My 8 year old is already interested in learning photography and photoshop. This would be great for me, as well, to be able to share my work very easily.

  52. Amber on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

i would absolutely LOVE to win an ipad2… i am a growing photographer and this would be an amazing way to help me learn even more and a great tool to use to show clients photos and information when we meet up for session consults. i would seriously be so grateful and would get so much use out of it. i would just LOVE to win this amazing prize! 🙂

  53. Sherry on June 13, 2011 at 8:43 am

I would love to have the ipad!!! My laptop is large so it’s hard to carry around to show my photos. The ipad would be great for doing that and would help get my greeting card business mobile.

  54. Kara C on June 13, 2011 at 8:44 am

Oh my goodness.. Please pick me! An ipad2 would keep me from hauling around all those physical photos when I go to meet with clients at coffee shops, it would allow me to send replies and update blog/facebook faster when I’m away shooting, and, most importantly, it would keep my soon-to-be five year old son occupied and learning when I’m working on a big project! All good thoughts and wellness! 🙂

  55. Bobbi Jo on June 13, 2011 at 8:44 am

I love the idea of hooking up my camera so I can check see if certain shots are as sharp as I think they are before I move on.

  56. Laura Yates on June 13, 2011 at 8:44 am

I have been lusting after the Ipad 2 since it came out! I would LOVE to be able to carry around a portable portfolio! It would be amazing to have that at my fingertips at all times. I think it would be the most convenient, always at-my-side companion for my business… aside from my cameras and lenses of course 😉

  57. Atina King on June 13, 2011 at 8:45 am

Having an ipad 2 would really help my business. I could let clients view their proofs on a correctly calibrated screen, and could also use it as a digital portfolio. Also, it would allow my kids to be able to do their homework on the ipad, while I’m using the home computer to edit.

  58. Gabrielle Smith on June 13, 2011 at 8:45 am

I would love to have an iPad 2 for my growing photography business – I think it would be a very slick device to showcase my portfolio to my clients.

  59. Antonio on June 13, 2011 at 8:46 am

The most obvious improvement would be the fastest way to share the production. It would very easy to involve the customers in the postproduction flow and make it more participative.I love the sharing posibilities.

An I-Pad would help me show my work to potential clients. Instead of just whipping out a card, how great would it be to whip out an I-Pad and actually make an impression on them. I think it would help my business grow by leaps and bounds.

  63. Mike Le Gray on June 13, 2011 at 8:48 am

As an Englishman living in Germany, it can be extremely difficult in finding new portrait clients, especially as my German isn’t very good. I teach at an English school part-time, to supplement my income, and show interested, mature students my best work on my iPhone 4.They look really good on there, but of course, the screen is pretty small for that kind of purpose. I’ve wanted an iPad as a portfolio/marketing tool since I first saw one, as I believe it would really help me to convert more of those leads into paying work.As an aside, buying English-language books and magazines is very expensive. A $5 dollar magazine costs me nearer to ä‰å20-25! I already use the Kindle and iBook software on my iPhone, which is OK, but trying to read my digitally-subscribed magazines (which are far, far cheaper) on Zinio, is really not a satisfying experience. If I could afford an iPad, like most, I would buy one, in an instant. This could be a real game-changer for me, so thank you at least for the chance of winning one.Mike.

  64. Jackie S on June 13, 2011 at 8:48 am

An iPad would be wonderful for sharing pictures at family gatherings. I’m not a professional, but it’s still great to get the instant feedback!

  65. Brooke A on June 13, 2011 at 8:48 am

I would LOVE an iPad too for in-home ordering!! It would me so much easier then lugging a laptop around or even sending them to a gallery online. I am all about the one-on-one with my clients and think that this would just help me go that extra mile for them :)PS — Thanks for putting together another awesome give away!! And good luck to everyone!!!

Thanks for doing this giveaway! 🙂

An iPad would help me edit the many sports photos I take and share of my kids and their teammates. I could bring it to the field and share it with the parents right away. I could also share the photos and do activiteis with my girls scout troop and their parents and organize their badge earning opportunities.

  97. Barbara on June 13, 2011 at 8:53 am

Having an Ipad2 could make a HUGE impact on my life. As a new photographer I invision myself being able to show photos to my clients on the spot without having to be in my home. this could make my business more profitable as people are more likely to purchase on the spot versus having to wait to see proofs. On a personal level I would like to share the Ipad2 with my 9yo son who is autistic. I have learned so much from him. It would make a major impact on him as he is a visual learner. The Ipad2 could encourage him to broaden his horizons of knowledge and increase his academic success.

Winning an iPad2 would add a new dimension to our family, for sure. Not sure how it would work out, but I have a feeling the kids and DH would use it and I would be able to work more freely on the PC editing and playing around with my nature photography! :-)Thanks for the contest!!!

(I posted once and I don’t think it went through)Having th Ipad but be amazing for the obvious reasons but it would be awesome to bring along on photoshoots for ideas on posing and tips for lighting, etc. As a new photographer this would help me out so much! Thanks for doing this giveaway! 🙂

  105. Corinne on June 13, 2011 at 8:54 am

Ahhh ~ it would be so wonderful to showcase my portfolio to potential clients and galleries to current clients. I could also take all my “paper documents” to a complete digital system with having clients review & sign directly on the ipad (my iphone is just not large enough to do this). I have also thought about some “on the spot” booth type sessions and the ipad would allow me to show clients their product for ordering. YEAH!

  106. Katie Smith on June 13, 2011 at 8:55 am

If I had an Ipad…I think I’d be in shock at first and then I’d feel spoiled. =) I feel it would definitely be an advantage for portfolio use. I would use it in this capacity and then enjoy the freedom it offers from my laptop. Ohhh… the possibilities!

I have a website and business cards, but want to be able to show my photography to anyone who is willing to look at it, without having to wait for them to go home and look up the website, or try to look it up on their phone. It will be a great tool to use at Bridal shows for the same reason. Tablets are expensive and winning an iPad 2 would keep me from having to wait many months while I save up the money!

This would help me in my photography business as a way to not only carry a portfolio easily but as a conversation starter. I sometimes find it hard to figure out my ‘elevator pitch’ but this would make it easier to open up to someone. Thank you for this opportunity to win!

  259. Jennifer Delfino on June 13, 2011 at 10:06 am

I would LOVE to win an iPad 2! I’ve attached a photo of the computer that I am currently using to edit portraits with, if clients knew this I’d be in big trouble LOL. I don’t even know what happened to it, one day it was fine, the next day it started with this big black blob. Never been dropped or anything! So basically, an iPad would help my business tremendously by allowing me to edit pictures on it instead of this poor excuse for a laptop, I could show clients their images immediately, I could have internet on the go (which I think I’m one of the only people on the planet to not own a Smart Phone)….the possibilities are endless!

  260. Shawn IRwin on June 13, 2011 at 10:06 am

The Ipad will will be able to give me instant feedback and editing capabilities when on location. Also the ability to post to various online sites instantaneously. It would also do double duty with the day job, for presentations. Possibilities are endless.

  281. Sarah on June 13, 2011 at 10:18 am

Being a beginner in such a huge career field is a rough spot to be in. I think on more then one level the Ipad 2 could not only help my growth but expand my horizons as well. Having such a compact device that I could take with me, I could preview pics, I could constantly be reading and learning more everywhere I am and have it nearby on shoots in case I need inspiration or ideas. Organization, client flow, appointments, educational, it is a multi tool of sorts. Something like this not only will help me grow now but will help in the future and grow with any business I create or become apart of. It can be a very cost effective tool that is a priceless mode for work.

  328. Savannah C on June 13, 2011 at 10:39 am

I think an iPad would do wonders for starting my business. It would be great for meetings with potential clients to show them galleries as well as my website. I would also put my pricing on there as well as a copy of what a contract would look like. Then, if they decide they like me enough, I could pull up a calendar and book them! Who knows, maybe eventually I could even get the credit card addition so I could take more than cash or checks!! It’d be so nice to have everything in one place that I can stick in my purse rather than dragging around my laptop in a backpack.

  333. Jody Rogers on June 13, 2011 at 10:42 am

Wow – I am not a professional photographer in the least, however I love to snap away every day. I want to learn, grow and be comfortable with using my camera and lenses. To expose all the wonderful smiles, faces and expressions of my family and friends and to capture all of this in the best possible ways. An Ipad would help me to learn by searching other websites where ever I go, to continue my passion and obtain inspiration from other photographers and blogs and allow me to grow as a photographer into a self taught artist.

As a student, I don’t have a lot of extra money and have been building my business slowly–but only with the basics. I don’t have a nice website right now and I’ve been looking to do in-home ordering (going to the clients house and they look at the photos instead of using an online gallery). This would be so much more professional and much easier than the laptop I’m using now. It would also be great to use to show others my portfolio!

What a great opportunity – a chance to win an iPad! Personally this would help me so much….I keep up with inventory at my day job, and having a computer I could carry around instead of my notepad of paper and transferring it all back to computer would be so very helpful. We also had a break-in at our apartment about a month and a half ago, and have been without a computer at home ever since…I couldn’t do everything I’d like with an iPad, but I could sure do a lot! Talk about a blessing…I’ve been having to fit in all my photography work around when I’m not doing something else at my day job, and I’m falling farther behind every day!

Not only could I share nice sized images right in front of potential and current clients, it can help with paperwork, organization and look pretty snazzy doing so. Winning an iPad would boost my business leaps and bounds. I could use it in the field with clients to review right then and there! I would be useful in trade shows at my booth to pull new clients towards me. I would be great to just carry with me at all time and when someone says “oh you are a photographer”, I can just pull it out of my bag and say “why yes would you like to see my portfolio”. So much better than just handing them a business card 10 fold!

The most important one for me is that I would be able to gain SOOOO much more knowledge….to be able to take all of the articles/blogs with me and read them wherever I want instead of trying to read them when I have a minute at my desktop. Not to mention it would immensely help keep me organized!

I’m not a professional photographer, but I am passionate about it as a hobby. I spend hours sitting alone in my “home studio,” (some would call it a messy office), editing and downloading photos. Having an ipad2 would mean that I could spend that time in the same room as my family pursuing my hobby. I travel quite a bit too, because my family all live overseas. It would be wonderful to have an ipad to travel with, so that I can share photos of my children and family with my relatives overseas; in particular my elderly Aunt and Uncle who think that computers are some kind of magic – well, I guess with an ipad, they wouldn’t be far wrong!

Oh to have the wonderful portability is the greatest thing! I live 60 miles from the nearest town and travel all over to my clients, while some travel to me. Unfortunately meeting with them to go over their portraits is sometimes a feat in itself. To be able to have somethings so light weight to travel with that does not have to be plugged in or wait on it to boot up would be like getting everything you wanted from Santa on Christmas morning!! Plus having the ability to tap into your CP at home and get files…LOVE IT!!!

  456. Alan Yong on June 13, 2011 at 11:48 am

iPad is a the perfect shooter companion, I envision myself able to push out my shots as I get them, connecting with friends and family with less lag.

Oh how I could use this in my business! A few ways right off the bat! 1) I choose to do all my proofing sessions at my office in my home, some can’t always make it, so meething them in a public place and using the ipad to showcase the photos would be a great way to interact with these clients. 2) Being so portable taking it to coffee shop, etc would allow me to just open my photos to showcase them. I have so many mothers always wanting to see my photography but many don’t get online with busy lives or take the time to look on facebook. Having an ipad on had is like a portable portfolio of my work! 3) I would love to research photography poses, location ideas when Im out and about. In place of my mini phone screen!

  462. Dean on June 13, 2011 at 11:57 am

While not a professional photographer, ran across your promotion while looking at a post from a friend who is: Mindy Upham. And while she definately would benefit from one, so would I. I am a Compliance manager for a trucking company, and the I-pad would help me a lot to keep organized on my personal, business, and social (ahem) life. The apps it has for task management, data processing, and internet capabilities makes it very valuable to me in my position.

I am constantly using my iPhone to network and keep track of my schedules for my sessions, and have been considering getting an iPad, so I am thrilled about this opportunity to possibly win! Having an iPad will give me the flexibility to work while I am on the run, and it would be nice to use it when I am travelling! The best will be the ability to sit at a table with clients, go over their online gallery with them, and have a big, clear picture to present to them!

  479. Ange Sullivan on June 13, 2011 at 12:07 pm

I would use an ipad to work on my blog. You can edit photos with some free apps. I would love to review some photo apps on my blog and then post the pics.

Hmm. Where to begin? As a single mother I would definitely not be able to afford the ipad on my own. Having an ipad would be like adding some extra time to the day. I am starting nursing school soon and this would make life easier. I could use the ipad in those free moments that are currently being wasted, for example: breaks at work, waiting rooms, breaks between classes. Plus if I do find free time I could use it to learn about Photography one of my fave hobbies, which I hope some day I am good enough to make it more than a hobby!!

The resolution of the iPad is amazing and there are so many features that can be integrated to create an amazing slide show to present photo’s to clients, and even to keep around for my personal enjoyment (I love having a constant slideshow of all my current work in the office with me). Pairing this baby up with amazing iPad frame from The Organic Bloom is the PERFECT way to display any photo! Love MCP actions. Thanks for hosting such a great contest! Woo hoo!

It would be an awesome way to show my portfolio.

  498. Erika on June 13, 2011 at 12:19 pm

Beyond being able to get a better view of my pics than what’s on the back of my camera, a novice like me would be able to look up tips and tricks for improving photography, dealing with particular lighting situations, etc, and use that knowledge right then and there.

The main reason I would LOVE an iPad is to carry my porfolio around. I have and love an iPhone but the screen is too small for that purpose. There are also many other things I use my phone for that would be easier with a larger screen but the portfolio is the main one.Although once I have one I’ll be loading it with posing guides, and idea files, and my kid/dog bragbook. 🙂

Working in youth ministry I’m almost a fulltime photographer for youth outings, church events, and senior photos for less fortunate young people who can’t afford to pay for a professional. I don’t have any big comments of how an iPad could take my business to the next level because it’s a volunteer situation – actually often a thankless job but so worth the efforts! The iPad2 would help occupy young people stuck in the van for hours on a road trip. It would let me show them the photos I take while we travel. It would help me find the closest Taco Bell when they get hungry. I think you get the picture… = )

  519. Michelle on June 13, 2011 at 12:49 pm

With all the innovative things apple has come out with, and with the thousands of apps out there, it would be hard for an iPad 2 to NOT change you life. Beside doing day to day things like maps, bill tracking and paying etc, I would be able to edit my photos, send emails, and stay in contact with family easier with the 3G ipad2 that would allow me to do what I need from virtually any location.

I could have used it this past weekend!I was shooting a college graduation, and last year lighting was very different than this years. 800 pictures later, I find that the white balance is crazy off as my flash reflected off of the gowns (I would never have guessed that would be a problem). So, with that said, I would use it to see the pics better than what is offered through the LCD screen on the camera. The shots looked great in the cameras view finder and LCD screen, but when I got back home half of them were a lighting mess. I would use this as a tool to show clients their shots and adjust the composition or lighting with better results. I think this tool would also allow me to preview shots with the client and get better sales up front. All in all, a fantastic tool that I wish I could afford.

A great tool that would allow me to see what I’m doing BEFORE I get home (that darned window is too small on my camera back!), also, as I’m venturing into some PS designing, I’ve been surfing alot and looking at online ads (you know, what I like, what I don’t – it really gets the creative juices flowing!) – this could be done one the run! Or in my case, on the ‘wait’ as I’m waiting for my kids!

  545. Will Howard on June 13, 2011 at 1:18 pm

I can see the biggest asset to using an iPad (which by the way, I would greatly appreciate), would be to show clients their photos, or to show potential clients my ideas, or portfolio. Photoshop CS5 and iPad can also link together now, so that would be another great asset to what I do.

This ipad would be a dream come true! Volunteering photography at local animal shelters for pets, I participate in 15 to 20 events every year where I display my work in a 10×10 tent. Would love to show people who come to these events photos of pets that need loving homes at these rescues. A majority of my display are rescued pets & to show them current pets for adoption on an ipad would be awesome! (And hopefully find them homes). Using the ipad in everyday business would help free up so much of my time in presenting to clients their options. What a great giveaway! Also liked Designs by Aime on FB, great designs!

I am not a professional photographer, but where I could use this iPad is within my duties as a high school teacher. One of my subjects is yearbook, and that class is crazy to try and organize. If I had an iPad, I am convinced that I could accomplish more and be more organized in terms of directing the staff.

  562. Sharon on June 13, 2011 at 1:45 pm

Since I don’t have a laptop this would allow me to have a ‘walking’ portfolio.

  563. Daniel Williams on June 13, 2011 at 1:46 pm

I have made an investment in camera, lenses, home monitor, and software (including many MCP Actions). However, I do not have a portable way to show my work. I have been asked to be the photographer for my 3 daughters” swim team. Water and swimming photography is striking in the first place, but I would love to able to display the images on the latest technology and bring a smile to the swimmers I shoot. The iPad would be an ideal format.I would like for the iPad to help me make some money from what has become a very expensive hobby, because I would never charge the team members for prints. I would like see seek other avenues of revenue.

An iPad would be so awesome and useful in showing previews of photographs to clients! It would be a great marketing tool because you could have it on hand as a beautiful instant “portfolio” to show people at a moment’s notice. I “liked” both MCP Actions and Designs by Amie on facebook and left a comment there.

I am not a professional photographer, but I know that owning an I-pad2 might make me jump to Mac :)I think it would be super useful with the photography that I do nowThanks for the chance to win :)Shannon

An ipad would make business so much easier by allowing us to send instant invoices or quotes to clients.

  567. Gabby on June 13, 2011 at 1:51 pm

Not a pro, but I’d love to have photos on my ipad to show and share. Also, it would be great for letting our kid watch movies when we’re eating a long dinner at a restaurant and she’s bored, and all the other things I currently use my itouch for as well like email, Facebook, Netflix, and more.

I am not a professional photographer but an iPad would change my life so much! I don’t even own a smart phone so the books that I could get for my girls to read would be so great for them. I would also sort of finally have a “laptop” that I have never owned. I know that there are so many things that an iPad does and I would look forward to learning about each and everyone of them! Thanks! BTW – liked you both on FB – Jessie Bennetts Lucas

I would use my Ipad for ordering sessions for my clients who are not very computer savvy or prefer a face-to-face session.

An iPad would help me become even more mobile with my photographs. 🙂

It would help me because I could put my photos on it and use it as my portfolio its so light weight it would fit right in the camera bag i carry

  581. Lorelei on June 13, 2011 at 2:18 pm

What a great way to promote my business… travelling portfolio?? Amazing!!! Also a great learning tool. Those tiny LCD’s on the back of cameras just don’t show everything. I want to perfect as much as possible in camera and an ipad preview would help so much.

An iPad would change my photography business by allowing me to show slideshows and sign contracts easily and digitally during consultations. Lots of convenient apps that would streamline the business organization side of things too.I’m a fan on FB already!

  588. Annette Braun on June 13, 2011 at 2:31 pm

I would love to win!!! Would use the iPad to show clients samples poses, locations, preview their photos, etc. Lots and lots of uses!!!

  591. Tommy Botello on June 13, 2011 at 2:34 pm

Having an iPad would definitely help attract clients by showing portfolio presentations on it. Also, I could shoot wirelessly to the iPad and use it during wedding receptions feeding to a projector showing off pictures in real-time, thus attracting future clients.

  592. tanya smith on June 13, 2011 at 2:36 pm

An ipad2 would be so helpful to use as a compact digital portfolio for my graphic design and photography business. Plus, it would just be so cool and fun to have one!

An iPad 2 would be a wonderful learning tool for my daughter. She has Prader-Willi Syndrome, a genetic disorder that comes with quite a few developmental setbacks. She could use it to help with communication skills and speech.
