It’s been discussed here before.  Do not take photos on a railroad.  It seems so simple and easy to avoid, yet the leading lines of the railroad tracks are enticing to both amateur and professional photographers and film makers. Not only is it illegal to stand on or take photos on or close to the tracks, it often is deadly.
