I started by adjusting the exposure, blacks, and luminosity in bridge. Then I edited with MCP Fusion one click color 100% (reduced brightness and unchecked spotlight) and Sentimental at 27%. I masked a little off her face. I cropped the top of the bridge and cloned in grass on the bottom left.
