PSE: Winter Whirlwind: Illuminate, on catchlights
PSE: Inspire, Brilliant Base, Bright in the middle turned off. Beaming, masked off of hair and eyes. Spunky at default. Sweet Brown mood ring. Custom Ball of Sunshine right side feathering in towards middle @80%, masked off of hair and eyes. Gem Polish on eyes, lower opacity on hair, lips and floral crown. Sampled lip color to add a little blush to cheeks, painted on @ 17%.
