Extra Details: I first adjusted my exposure in Camera Raw.
I then used MCP Eye Doctor, and Summer Solstice Pop star at 50%.
I finished with the MCP Free Gallery Frame, with the Outer and Inner border layers off, and then I used web sharpie from Newborn Necessities, with the sharpness brought down to 10%.

I LOVE MCP Actions, I use them on every single picture I edit!
