Extra Details:

1) Exported from Lightroom as shot
2) Made a duplicate layer of the original
3) On the duplicate layer, using the quick selection tool, selected the sky went up to select, inverse and added a mask. (You should have blank sky)
4) Using MCP Inspire, selected the MCP Custom Faux Cloud Overlay and ran that action.
5) Selected a sky from a different photo and placed that over the MCP Cloud layer, turning the MCP cloud layer. (Layer opacity is at 71%)
6) Placed that layer between the duplicate and original layer. (This is so the cloud layer is not over the subject)
7) While on the original layer, run the MCP Custom Sunburst layer, move the sunburst to the correct location, resize the burst and have that layer opacity at 100%
8) Run MCP Beaming (Warmth & Light) Open the action and turned off the beaming and love light.
