I sync’ed the white balance in lightroom to a shot I took with an expodisk to start and then went to photoshop and edited with newborn necessities.

Increase exposure
Peach fuzz (decreased opacity to 30%)
Brighten Midtones
Crying for Contrast
Paint on Red Baby Fix

Then I applied a texture #48 and removed it from the skin, and feathered the texture off of the basket.

Flattened and sharpened with a high pass filter.
