Lightroom: Edited with Enlighten presets (subtle + lake + blue shift to aqua + shadows slight brighten + midtones slight brighten + slight edge darken). Local adjustment in LR: Used Enlighten brushes on eyes and face.

Photoshop: Used Reflected Color Cast Vanisher from Bag of Tricks to correct the red areas on skin. Edited skin also manually (faded out mosquito bites). Finally corrected the dark corner of the image by cloning.
After these more or less manual steps I ran Inspire actions on the image (Base 38% + Modern Matte Twist 20%: masked off skin partly + Denim&Pearls 25%: only Edge Darken and Denim layers + Georgia Peach 12%: no Haze/Highlights).
