A Taiwan-based designer has created a replica of the Nikon D800 DSLR. He called it Nikon D800X and, although it looks like it is working, it is actually a sculpture. The artist has put a lot of effort into building it, but the result is simply amazing. The only thing that may give it away is its size, as the D800X is gigantic.

A France-based photographer and his father have teamed up to create a unique camera. They took some Indonesian ebony, strapped it on a touchscreen-enabled Coolpix camera, and called it Nikon F2D. The name is not random, as the camera is actually a wooden replica of the original Nikon F2 35mm film SLR shooter.
