Nikon may be working on a modular camera system. A Nikon smartphone camera patent has been leaked, pointing towards a camera that would allow users to add a smartphone into the device’s body in order to control it. This is unlike Sony’s lens-style cameras, but more like a combo between Ricoh GXR and a Samsung concept.
