Last week I posted a before and after of me for the Blueprint. And I said that while liquifying has it’s place, it is super time consuming. If your subject just wants to lose 10 pounds and not be sculpted, you can use this super easy technique that I call the MCP Photoshop Digital Diet: Lose 10 pounds in 1 minute.     I was really hoping you would post a video tutorial for this trick after you teased us about it the other day. I have used transforming to stretch/slim the entire photo in the past, but never knew what to do when I didn’t want the entire photo changed. Thanks for sharing…you rock!
