Judge dismisses Nikon patent infringement lawsuit against Sigma
Back in 2011, Nikon filed a patent infringement lawsuit at the Tokyo District Court against Sigma. Nikon wanted a Japanese Judge to ban the sales of six Sigma lenses and sought compensations because the lenses featured built-in Vibration Reduction mechanism, a technology which was already patented by Nikon.

LZeal launches ez Share Wi-Fi SD cards

Nikon D600 oil / dust accumulation issues still persist after being serviced
Nikon released the D600 in September, last year. The camera is aimed at both professional and enthusiast photographers, however, it was discovered to have some oil / dust accumulation issues with its image sensor. Photographer Kyle Clements posted a timelapse video demonstrating that the issues still persist even after having the camera serviced.

Nikon has finally decided to replace the 6-year old myPicturetown storage service. The new Nikon Image Space cloud-based image sharing and storage website is now officially available to internet users across the globe. If users register their Nikon camera, then they will receive a set of free “Special” features.
