How MCP Photoshop Actions can Enhance Manual Edits

Manual Edits:

Started by cloning in bits of the dress and sand. Shortened the edges of the dress via the clone stamp tool in CS6.

Inspire Actions:

• Bittersweet (with fudge edges and matte turned off)
• Beaming at 30% opacity

Additional Manual Edits:

To create a bit more punch the photographer ran a levels layer on the red channel and moved the top point to the left and the bottom point to the right. She ran one more curves layer this time raising the shadows a bit more by dragging the center point up to form a small c curve. Final edit was to add a field blur at 15px and then brush on at a 30% opacity to areas that were softened.

After all edits were complete she used MCP’s free FB resize and sharpen action to save for web.
