Canon PowerShot SX620 HS compact camera becomes official
Canon has introduced a new superzoom compact camera. It is not the long-rumored 100x zoom unit, but it features a respectable 25x optical zoom lens. The new PowerShot SX620 HS is a minor evolution of the PowerShot SX610 HS, which was revealed at the 2015 edition of the Consumer Electronics Show.

Leica has finally introduced the long-rumored M-D Typ 262 digital rangefinder camera. As revealed by the leaksters, the device does not have a red dot in the front, nor an LCD on the back. Instead, it comes with top and bottom plates made of brass, as well as a quiet shutter in order to get back to the essentials of photography.
Trioplan 50mm f/2.9 lens now available on Kickstarter

Sony has just introduced its latest superzoom camera designed for both photographers and videographers. The new Cyber-shot RX10 III is here with a 20.1-megapixel stacked sensor and a 25x optical zoom lens, which offers a full-frame equivalent of 24-600mm. This new shooter is also capable of capturing 4K movies and 14fps in burst mode.

After months of rumor and speculation, DJI has finally revealed the availability details of the Inspire 1 RAW Edition drone with a built-in Micro Four Thirds camera. The quadcopter and its 4K-ready Zenmuse X5R MFT camera will begin shipping by the end of March 2016 for a price under $6,000.
