Canon EOS-b aka Kiss X7 photos leaked on the web
The photos of the smallest and lightest DSLR camera ever from Canon have been leaked on the web. The camera will be called Canon EOS-b in the United States, while Japanese consumers will encounter it under the name of EOS Kiss X7. Its specs and photos surfaced on the web, along with its release date for the Asian market.
Unannounced Canon EOS-b 18MP DSLR camera now available for pre-order
The smallest and lightest Canon DSLR camera is now available for pre-order at Best Buy. The APS-C shooter has not been officially announced yet, but the retailer says that anybody can pre-order it. It is called Canon EOS-b and it features an 18-megapixel APS-C CMOS image sensor and it is a lot tinier than the EOS 1100D / Rebel T3.
Canon TS-E 45mm and 90mm lenses to be replaced in 2013
Canon is rumored to release a bunch of digital imaging products by the end of 2013. Beside a bunch of cameras, it appears that the company is also working on several new lenses. The rumor mill is now suggesting that the tilt-shift 45mm and 90mm optics will get direct replacements sometime during the second quarter of 2013.
New Canon EF 200 f/2L and EF 800 f/5.6L lenses coming soon?
Canon is rumored to be actively working on replacements for the EF 200 f/2L and EF 800 f/5.6L IS USM lenses. The new optics are said to feature the company’s latest technologies for telephoto lenses and to be lighter than their predecessors, even though they will be made out of the same white material found in the current generation.
Small Canon DSLR specs and announcement date revealed
Canon is working to release a new camera, which will be smaller than the current line of Rebel shooters. The new device will be smaller than any Canon DSLR ever released and will have virtually the same specifications and form factor of the EOS M mirrorless camera, when it becomes available later this spring.

Canon took its time to release an update for both of its PowerShot S100 and S110 cameras. The 1.0.2.0 firmware update for the S100 and S110 can be downloaded right away, in order to fix a bug causing the control ring to malfunction.
