Shortcut Keys in Lightroom (Edit Faster and Smarter)

   My daughter hit one of the keys on my keyboard when LR was open, and now I have all of the photo information across the screen when I try to edit. For instance:-3132.CR22/11/2009 5:12:40 PM3888 x 2592I can’t get rid of it! Can you tell me how to fix this? Thank you!

   I haven’t purchased Lightroom yet. Is it something that I will wonder how I survived w/o it once I have it? I just don’t know if I have time to learn something new right now.
