Parrot has launched the company’s third generation aerial drone. The AR Drone 3.0, also known as the Parrot Bebop, features a built-in 14-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 lens that offers a field-of-view of 180 degrees. Alongside the Bebop, Parrot has launched the Skycontroller, an accessory that brings support for Oculus Rift 3D VR display.

It has been called “The Long Swath” and it has been captured in roughly 20 minutes, by the Landsat Data Continuity Mission satellite, orbiting Earth at an altitude of 438 miles at speeds of 17,000 mph.
